What is your cancellation policy?

If a guest cancels within 48 hours of booking, they will receive a 97% refund, so long as the check-in date is at least 14 days away. (100% refunds are not offered due to credit card processing fees.)
Guests will receive a 97% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.
Guests will receive a 47% refund for cancellations made between 30 - 15 days before check-in.
Guests will receive no refund for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

Are pets allowed at your properties?

Pets are allowed at Drift Away Shores with a $300 non-refundable pet fee and owner discretion. Pets must be leashed when outside the house and are not allowed on furniture or beds. For our other properties, please check the specific property details.

What amenities are included in the rental?

All our properties are fully equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed WiFi, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchens, linens, towels, and more. Each property page provides a detailed list of included amenities.

What should I do if I encounter an issue during my stay?

For any issues/questions that come up please message me. Unless there is an emergency, I am available from 8am-8pm daily and will be happy to assist you.
